Raw Cow Milk

Milk is no longer available.  The milk business has ended.

Certified Organic Registered Purebred Jersey cows

The cows are on the pasture all

the time.  They have free access

to the barn and their USDA

certified organic mineral

mixes/supplement.

The cows only eat grass on

the pasture.  In the Spring of '06,

we will be reseeding our pasture

with an Alfalfa/Clover/Bluegrass

mix.  This seed is approved by

organic standards; it is treated

with organic approved Nitrogen

Gold Innoculant and is non-GMO

seed.  The seed came from

Welterseed.com The cows aren’t

given any grain or soy.  Right

now, in the winter, they are fed

organic hay.  They are given free

choice to very high quality USDA

Certified Organic mineral mixes

from Helfterfeeds.com The cows

will have their calves in May '06

and the milk production will start

up full again.  The milk lasts on

average 9-12 days from the day

it was milked.  I have seen milk

last as long as 15 days here.
